Assign gives a licence to a person: Prygenix Sign seats activate when they sign in with that e-mail; for Revit add-ins we e-mail them the key. Release device frees the computer or browser a licence is active on, so it can be activated elsewhere. Unassign takes the licence back (and releases it).
